Allies of Convenience Wales GT @ Firestorm Games

The Allies of Convenience Team and the Welsh ETC team are co-hosting their event this year in Wales at Firestorm Games in Cardiff. It is a 2000 point ETC style singles event. Players will partake in 5 games over two days and will have a hot lunch provided as part of the cost of the ticket on both days. Prizes and fun times to be had by all! All details and information can be found in the rulespack. All and every type of gamer is welcome, we’d even like to extend the invite to our international friends as they would be more than welcome.
We would also like to use this as an opportunity to get to know some of the Welsh player base better. So if you are a local and fancy getting a taste of the ETC please come down and let us get to meet you.

40k Singles event fought over two days at the Element Games North West Gaming Centre in Stockport. ETC missions and scoring.

Free Car parking can be found at the venue and next door in a free Council car park.

Food & Drink:

There are local shops and Takeaways within walking/driving distance if you want to bring or order food in (like during the evening social).

The venue is a Licensed Premises and as such no outside drinks, with the exception of water, may be brought into the venue.


FREE PARKING all day outside in the venues shared/private car par and next door in the 46 space Council run car park.

Public transport:

Davenport train station is the closest at a 10-15 minute walk but the main Stockport Station is also only 20-25 minute walk (and you’ll find more frequent trains). You can get the bus from Stockport Station for less than £2.00 each way. And the Bus stops at the end of our road – opposite Premier Inn and is a 2 minute walk.


This purchase is for a virtual ticket and no physical product will be sent out to you. We will publish your name in a list of entrants for the event to advertise ticket sales and in the list document. We will also be taking pictures at the event. If you would prefer to go by a Pseudonym or not have your picture taken please email [email protected]

If you discover you can’t attend Element Games can process a refund for you if you email them before 12 noon Wednesday 2nd January 2019. Please email [email protected]

If after this time you find you can’t attend we won’t be able to process a refund for you as food, venue space and prizes will have been bought and paid for.

We will start a Reserves list and try and help you sell your ticket onto one of the Reserves.

Belgian Team Championships 2019 @ Horizon VZW

We are honoured to present the 5th instalment of the Belgian 40K Team Championships Event. As usual, every Team is welcome, be it an actual representation of a Gaming Club, just a bunch of tight friends wanting some games in, or otherwise. More than deciding who is the best Team, this is more about getting together with your mates and slapping some models and dice on the tabletop. Any proceeds from the event will be used to sponsor this year’s Belgian 40K ETC Team.

4-man tournament over two days. 60 Euro entry fee INCLUDES two WARM meals and entry to the tournament. 95 Euro entry fee INCLUDES LODGING and two WARM meals, two cold meals, and breakfast.

Priority Orders II (Kill-Team) @ The Seaforth Club

Priority Orders II

Back for 2019, Priority Orders II is Elgin’s 1-day Warhammer 40k Kill Team Tournament. Up to a maximum of 40 players will compete to have fun and win awesome prizes!

Entry to the tournament costs £15 and includes lunch (soup + sandwiches). The entry fee goes towards paying for the venue, food and prizes.

There will also be a raffle with great prizes on the day with all profit from it being donated to Cancer Research.

What should I bring?

The tables will be setup with terrain, however you will need to bring with you:

100pt Kill Team (maximum)
Tape Measure
2 copies of your list

Note it’s not essential that your Kill Team is painted, however the miniatures used must clearly represent the weapon choices selected.

Scottish Take Over Doubles 2 @ The Seaforth Club

After the success of our GT ecents, and our doubles event last year, we are very excited to announce our second doubles event.

Fri 16th we will have tables set up for folk to swing by and see the terrain setup, have practice games, and leave their armies in place if they wish.

We will be using missions from our GTs. We will first use your feedback to edit them and have them ready asap.
They will require armies to be able to do a bit of everything. So bare that in mind.

Each PLAYER has up to 1000 points to build a list.
You MUST have 1 battalion.
You may have any number of extra detachments you can fit in.
You may not use -1cp aux detachments.

Your team will have the cp that your detachments normally grant, +6.
You may both use this CP pool.
Only one player in a team may attempt to regain a cp per phase. Only 1 cp may be regained per TEAM per game turn.
You may not effect your team mate with any form of abilities, stratagems, auras, or anything similar. (Your armies are totally separate entities)
A TEAM with the same armie, may not use the same stratagem more than once a phase. (No double vect)

We will have 2 stand by players, so if you cant find a team, don’t worry, you can still play.
